Jonathan Skornia | General Manager | jonathans@tntfab.com
Prior to taking the reins at TNT, Jonathan was a Project Manager at ACME Constructors, becoming the Manager of Operations. He joined ACME Constructors in 2013. Previously, Jonathan was a project manager for a large commercial concrete contractor in St. Louis. In these previous roles, Jonathan was responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on multiple large-scale construction projects. Jonathan also worked for Jacob’s Engineering as a Project Engineer performing contract work for NASA at the Redstone Arsenal Military base located in Huntsville, AL.

Ryan has more than 20 years of leadership experience in sales and management. He has excelled in the Material Handling, PT Distribution, and manufacturing industries while working with some of the largest names in the business. Ryan is a true industrial and mechanical solutions provider and has a wealth of knowledge in conveyors, gearing, bearings, and customer service. Cody Steinmetz | Machining Manager | codys@tntfab.com
Cody has more than 14 years of experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry. He started his career as a machine operator, inspector, and CNC tool grinder. Prior to joining TNT, he spent 7 years machining and programming in the aerospace industry. Cody joined TNT in 2020 overseeing the day-to-day operations of the machine shop. His role as the Machining Manager includes estimating, planning, scheduling, and coordinating the machine shop's operations and customer care. Cody's machining experience gives him the ability to manage your project in its entirety.
Tony Wofford | Project Manager/Estimator | tonyw@tntfab.com
Tony has more than 40 years of fabrication experience starting out as a machine operator, fitter, welder, and inspector. He then moved into management and design including roles as production manager and plan superintendent. Tony specializes in chute design, structural detailing, and estimating for TNT. Tony is proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Tekla.
Audrea LaGesse | Office Manager | audreal@tntfab.com
Audrea has been with TNT since 2016 as the Office Manager. She has more than 10 years of customer service and administrative experience. Audrea is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll, human resources, and more. Her ability to adapt to ever-changing expectations makes her incredibly valuable to the team. She handles software transitions and the implementations of new processes and procedures with grace.
Byron Pratt | Fabrication Manager | byronp@tntfab.com
Byron has more than 20 years in the Construction industry working as a union carpenter/millwright. He then moved up to Industrial Millwright Foreman/Superintendent and now Steel Fabrication Manager at TNT. Byron's responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and coordinating production in the shop.
Brendan Pingel | Detailer/Shop Coordinator | brendan.pingel@tntfab.com
Brendan joined the team in January of 2019 after graduating from Mineral Area College with a degree in Design Drafting. His certification in Auto-Cad and working knowledge of SolidWorks provide the foundation for him to interpret the data and create the working detailed documents that allow production to begin. Brendan has become the sounding board for questions and the trusted resource for clarifications for the shop.
Zac Browers | Drawing Coordinator/Project Manager | zacb@tntfab.com
Zac started with the previous owner in early 2015 in the fabrication shop before moving to the machine shop. This experience gave him a personal appreciation and understanding of processes. In his current role, Zac learned "Fab Suite," which led him to earn a certification in TEKLA. All drawings go through him as part of the Fabrication Review Process. Additionally, Zac writes all the paint, shipping, and load tickets for finished goods to move around or out of the plant.

John has more than 30 years of fabrication experience, starting out as a welder and machinist. He moved into field measuring, design, and detailing industrial structural steel and automated equipment. John is responsible for TNT's quality control systems, shop optimization, and workplace health/safety. Additionally, John is involved in mentoring and training new employees.

Richard is a knowledgeable salesman with more than 10 years of experience. Before taking a position with TNT, he worked in our ACME Constructors office for a year and a half. His extensive experience and background in sales make him a perfect fit for TNT. He has great people skills and a strong drive to serve all of our customers’ needs to ensure a positive experience. Working alongside Ryan Shade, Richard learns something new every day to become a true industrial and mechanical solutions provider.

Jake started with TNT in February of 2020. Before working at TNT, he put his Bachelors in Business Education to good use as a substitute teacher for the Potosi R-3 School District. Jake has sales experience from an Assistant Manager position and previously as a Sales Associate at two different companies. While working as an Assistant Manager, he was responsible for all customer service complaints and improving monthly sales goals throughout the store. Jake is a quick learner, takes pride in his job at TNT, and enjoys taking on added responsibility to better himself and his relationships with his clients.
